Why annual?
Annual billing means you can run as many polls as you want for one fee — board elections, ballot measures, quarterly pulse surveys, all included. Most month-to-month voting tools price per election, which discourages the small votes that benefit a healthy org.
What counts as a voter?
Anyone you've invited to your org as a member counts toward the voter cap, regardless of how many polls they actually vote on. Pending invites do not count until accepted.
Can I upgrade mid-year?
Yes. If you outgrow a tier, you can move up any time — we'll prorate the difference for the rest of your annual term. If you shrink, you'll move down at renewal.
Do you support nonprofits with invoicing?
Email hello@orgpoll.app and we'll set it up. Most nonprofits pay by card; if you need a purchase order or check payment, we can accommodate that for the annual plan.
What about one-time elections?
Today, we only sell annual plans. The Free tier (25 voters, 1 active poll) is enough to test the product end-to-end. A pay-once 'election pass' is on the roadmap once our billing provider supports one-time charges.
Is OrgPoll the right fit for statutory elections?
No. State laws often require paper ballots or certified election services for statutory HOA, NLRB, and government elections. OrgPoll is built for voluntary internal voting — see the security page for the full list of what we don't claim.
