Acceptance
By creating an OrgPoll account or by accepting an invitation to an organization that uses OrgPoll, you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not sign up or sign in.
What OrgPoll does
OrgPoll is a polling and voting platform for small organizations — churches, clubs, nonprofit boards, and similar voluntary groups. We support two poll types: Election (candidate voting) and Survey (multi-question forms).
We are not certified for statutory HOA elections, NLRB union elections, government or civic elections, or any other context that requires a certified election service. The full list of things we explicitly do not claim to be is on our security page.
Account responsibilities
Keep your sign-in credentials secure. Sign-in is managed by our identity provider on our behalf; you are responsible for the security posture of the email account tied to your OrgPoll identity.
Admins act on behalf of the organization they administer. Admin actions — creating polls, inviting members, changing roles, publishing results — are attributed to the admin's account in the org's audit log.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use OrgPoll to: send spam or unsolicited bulk invitations; harass or abuse members of your organization or anyone else; run illegal polls or polls that violate the rights of others; reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the operation of the service; or impersonate another person or organization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this clause.
Subscription and billing
OrgPoll offers a Free tier and several paid tiers on a flat-rate annual plan. Tier inclusions and prices are listed on the pricing page.
Billing is handled by our payment processor end-to-end. OrgPoll does not see or store card data.
Annual subscriptions renew at the end of each annual term unless cancelled. You can cancel a renewal at any time from the Billing tab in your organization's settings. We do not currently issue pro-rated refunds for cancellation mid-term; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
Termination
You can cancel your subscription or delete your organization at any time. Deleting an organization also deletes its members, polls, votes, and audit events.
We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable use clause, that fail to pay an outstanding invoice after a reasonable grace period, or that pose a security or fraud risk to the service.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
OrgPoll is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep the service available and accurate, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation or freedom from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of your use of OrgPoll is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States. Any dispute arising out of this agreement will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be called out on this page; continued use of OrgPoll after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
